so we recently had the inspection done on the house, and while there were no "major, huge catastrophic-like" issues, there were some bigger roofing and electrical issues that need to be addressed, and a lot of little odds and ends that need to be taken care of. we submitted our buyers inspection tonight to the sellers to see if they'll agree to fix most of those items... they have 5 days to get back to us... 5... really.... really...... really......... long days. and if all goes well there, then we just need to hope that the appraisal (being done by the lender) goes well too.
