drinking water upside down

what cures hiccups? holding your breath, drinking water upside down... we didn't do either of these, but it seems that these last hiccups are past! the seller agreed tonight (around 5 o'clock) to the new appraisal price, and we are moving forward with our home purchase! hooray!
so now we need to find out how many more papers we need to sign (since the loan amount is changing), what our new closing costs will be, etc... need to get those done asap, since we are scheduled to close escrow in just 16 days! i'm not getting hyped up just yet, but we might be a lot closer to the 'sigh of relief' on this whole mortgage/home buying thing :)
