i went shopping with mom yesterday - so fun! we didn't end up finding any of the things we initially went out to get (which were several!), but did come back with a pair of sandals each and i found a gift for my MOH :) at my parents house we looked at some different things my dad is working on for candle holders, which are turning out really cool! i am excited to see it all start coming together in real life, not just the pictures floating in my head. i don't want to give away too much, or it won't be a surprise for you all! oh, and i was also able to show my parents the veil i made, which they really liked. i will probably start working on one today made from my mom's old veil. and i think i might see if i can get crafty with the leftover tulle and try to make some little flowers for something (hair, dress, etc...) but we'll see about that.
