climate change

what we used to call the greenhouse effect & global warming has become climate change. am i a super-dedicated greenie? no. but i try to do my part! i recycle & upcycle, carpool when i can...
here's what one of my bff's had to say about it - and here's what i say:

fair point - the earth is in constant change on it's own; climate change is caused mostly by volcanic eruptions and variations in the earth's orbit & solar output (atmospheric & land factors). but so is carbon dioxide, and we are not helping the situation with deforestation & burning fossil fuels, which have exponentially increased the co2 output over the last 200 years. was it inevitable? probably yes, but we are exacerbating the issue, no doubt about it.
