okay - so back in the saddle again - i guess it was the contractor who "thought the seller told him this thursday, not last thursday" to fix everything...
our agent is going to go out to the house tomorrow afternoon to see what's been corrected - hopefully for good this time - and hopefully everything's done. more tomorrow...
